Readcast — How to delete your account

To delete your Readcast account (developer: SANEI DENKI, Y.K.) and the data associated with it, please follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. In your email app, write to support@sanei.m7e.org.
2. Use the subject line "Readcast account deletion request".
3. In the body, include the email address of the Google account or Apple ID you use to sign in to the App.

After verifying your identity, we will normally complete the deletion within 14 days and confirm by email.

Data that will be deleted

• Account information (email address, display name, user ID)
• Synced data (subscribed shows and feeds, saved articles, playback positions and history, playback settings)

Data that will be retained

• Records of purchases made through the App Store / Google Play are retained by Apple / Google under their own terms (we cannot delete them).
• Any records we are legally required to keep will be retained for the required period.

Please note

• Cancelling your subscription is separate from deleting your account: please cancel it from the App Store / Google Play subscription management screen. Deleting your account does not cancel it automatically.
• Deleted data cannot be restored.
